Southwest Airlines loves using their Employees in their commercials. Over the years, they've acted as cops, jurors and now…(drum roll) football referees! Southwest Airlines Employees are out to enforce the correct way to treat passengers in our latest campaign, “Fare Play.” Our Employee referees are throwing penalty flags on other airlines because Southwest doesn’t believe in charging unreasonable bag fees or change fees. Southwest believes in playing fair. And this new campaign has a tongue-in-cheek tone with the voice-over delivered by the Hall of Fame football sportscaster Keith Jackson. With the campaign running on NFL and college football games this fall, our Employee referees are going to make it one unforgettable season.
