ESL x USAF 2021 Partnership by GSD&M for U.S. Air Force Wins OMMA Award

The campaign, which aimed to inspire competitive young people toward service in the U.S. Air Force, involved integrating the Air Force into content by ESL Gaming. A custom monthly tournament, Wingman Wednesdays, allowed anyone to log in and compete alongside Airmen for cash prizes provided by ESL and the “Best Wingman” title. The Air Force also had a customized digital event space with arcade machines that linked out to branded Air Force games users could play.
