AUSTIN, Texas — January 13, 2012 — Whole Foods Market and Royito’s have teamed up for a Royito’s Take Over event this Saturday and Sunday from noon-3p at the Lamar store. Both days, Roy Spence, legendary ad man and founder of Royito’s will be on site as Whole Foods chefs are tasked with incorporating the “don’t do mild” hot sauce in various recipes.
Join Roy and the Whole Foods product teams as they sample new recipes and prove there’s nothing “mild” about the Royito’s sauce.
Then on Wednesday, January 18 at 8a at the Long Center, Roy is partnering with Whole Foods again for the Austin Business Journal’s first Face 2 Face chat series. On this day, Walter Robb, founder of Whole Foods Market will introduce Roy for a 45-minute discussion with Editor Colin Pope on business success and finding purpose in life.
