GSD&M Announces New Chief Client Officer

~Industry vet Carter Nance to oversee agency’s account leadership department~

AUSTIN, TX—August 14, 2015GSD&M announced today that Carter Nance will take on the role of Chief Client Officer, effective immediately. Hailing from Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami, Nance will oversee the account leadership department at the full-service advertising agency’s home base in Austin, Texas. Nance will report to GSD&M CEO Duff Stewart and oversee management of its clients including Southwest Airlines, Walgreens, Hilton and Chipotle.

“With an impressive background of successfully driving brands and the talent around him, there is no doubt Carter is an ideal fit for our agency,” Stewart said. “Not only has he mastered the art of account leadership, but he has a purpose-driven mindset and will be a great cultural fit, which is incredibly important to who we are as a community.”

As Managing Director of CP+B Miami, Nance oversaw the agency’s day-to-day management in addition to leading its Domino’s and Coca-Cola Company relationships. His stint at CP+B included leading the brand launch of Coke Zero and the re-launch and re-branding of Domino’s Pizza.
