Overnight, Popeyes Chicken sandwich became the must-have item of the summer. Gayle King, Dwyane Wade, Diplo, Cardi B and all kinds of other folks got in on this action. And Popeyes sold more chicken sandwiches than they could have ever planned for. (Like all of them. Literally.)
They may be sold out of sandwiches now, but the Chicken Wars aren’t over yet.
