From Austin, With Love

The visitors have left the great city of Austin and returned with a suitcase full of swag and memories. SXSW Interactive, Film and Music surely didn’t disappoint, with each genre bigger and better than last year. We feel lucky to live in Austin and had the chance to immerse ourselves in the SXSW-ness of it all.

During their time at the panels, our SXSurrogates listened closely for the greater purpose of the topics presented: Better World, Reinvention, Connecting People, Play, Personal Enrichment, Curiosity. It’s more than just a category to us, though, it’s how we work. The purpose of each panel is what the SXSurrogates’ carry over back into their day job, especially after a week like SXSW. Check out what some of them learned at the final SXSW panels:

UX design, math and pixels according to Amy.

Keri shares what TOMS Shoes founder Blake Mycoskie says about customers as marketers.

Corey Feldman sighting at SXSW for Paul Gallardo. Long live The Goonies!

Autumn says mobile is more than just an adjective, it’s a lifestyle.

Six lessons from Reagan about SXSW as a whole.

Well, ladies and gentleman, we’d like to thank everyone who came down to Austin for SXSW. The city was buzzing with the energy and excitement of SXSW folks experiencing Austin. We hope you ate some BBQ, learned from the panels, met our SXSurrogates and are planning your next trip back here.

Trust us, Austin is always this awesome. We live here.
